1. Introduction

Welcome to www.lucano.help. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Anthony Lucano ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using my services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

3. No Professional Advice

While I strive to provide accurate and helpful information, my services do not constitute professional advice. I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, or financial advisor. Any decisions made based on my services are at your own risk. I recommend consulting with a qualified professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

4. Health Insurance Guidance Disclaimer

I assist clients in navigating their company insurance plans or exploring alternative options such as purchasing a plan through the ACA. I promise to offer the best advice based on the information provided by the client. However, I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or wrong choices made due to incomplete information from the client or inaccuracies in the insurance plan details.

5. Life Coaching Disclaimer

I do not have formal training or certifications in life coaching but have helped numerous people and am very intuitive. I will always offer the best possible solutions based on the information given. I will direct clients to proper resources if I do not know or am unable to help with a specific situation. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions but can recommend doctors for diagnosis or treatment.

6. Client Interaction

Most interactions with clients will be virtual, including Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime (preferred), text, or phone calls.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is requested the same or next day after services have been provided. Reasonable accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis. For continuous services (e.g., weekly coaching), payments can be made upfront or at the end of each month, provided that payments are consistent.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the low rates of my services, I do not offer refunds as I charge for my time. However, if a client is extremely unhappy with my services, I am open to discussing the situation on a case-by-case basis.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anthony Lucano from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of my services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my services or any information provided therein. My liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

11. Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. Client data will never be shared or sold and is used only for personal documentation and recollection purposes. It is kept on a secure device and can be deleted at the client's discretion. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website. Your continued use of my services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
